The Israeli Ministry of Defense (IMOD) wants to work with you! The Israeli Ministry of Defense is looking for new vendors that manufacture in the USA.
WHO CAN BECOME AN IMOD VENDOR?
Your company must be a U.S. supplier, manufacturer, reseller, or distributor incorporated / licensed to do business in the United States and:
- Company must be in business for at least two years
- Company must have at least three employees
- Thresholds for previous business
- Company must comply with the DSCA Guidelines
In addition to the main IMOD vendor registration requirements, each RFP will specify applicable Terms and Conditions.

WHAT IS THE REGISTRATION PROCESS?
The registration process starts with submitting a completed Vendor's Questionnaire online, after which you will be contacted by our vendors supervisor for additional information. The registration process typically takes up to three weeks, after which you will receive access to the e-Commerce website that is available within the vendor's portal.

WHY REGISTER IN THE IMOD VENDORS DATABASE?
The Israeli Ministry of Defense is known worldwide to be innovative, advanced, and professional. Vendors that work with the IMOD are recognized in the international defense industry.

WHAT ARE THE DSCA GUIDELINES?
The DSCA Guidelines were established by the U.S. DoD for the processing and review of commercial contracts for direct purchase of U.S. defense articles and services from U.S. firms, to be financed with funds appropriated by Congress. You can find the complete DSCA Guidelines here.

WHAT IS THE CONTRACTOR'S CERTIFICATION?
The Contractor's Certification is an agreement between the contractor and the U.S. Government represented by DSCA, wherein the contractor acknowledges and agrees that the purchase order it entered into with a foreign government complies with relevent U.S. Government regulations.

CAN I ENTER THE E-COMMERCE WEBSITE WITHOUT REGISTERING AS A VENDOR?
In order to have access to all RFPs published on the e-Commerce website, you must register as a vendor. You can find the Vendor's Questionnaire here.
